Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve answered some of the most common questions to help you feel confident getting started.

COMPASS is designed to meet the requirements of most court-mandated parent education programs. Because requirements vary by location, we recommend confirming with your court before enrolling. If your court does not accept the certificate, please contact us for a full no-hassle refund.

After completing all required modules, you will receive a PDF certificate of completion that you can download and submit to your court.

Your co-parent must complete their own course to receive a certificate of completion. We highly recommend both parents individually take COMPASS so the skills that you both learn and the parent education experience that you both have are in alignment.

Yes! We believe parent education should be accessible to families navigating difficult transitions. To learn more about our Equal Access Program CLICK HERE.

We also offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Please email us to request a military discount.

If cost is a barrier to completing a required parent education course, please contact us. We are committed to helping parents meet their court requirements.

Life happens – we get it. If your course access expires, simply reach out to us when you’re ready to start and we will offer you a small extension.

COMPASS is designed to occupy you for a minimum 4 hours. There is a time requirement within each section (shown in the menu) that will not allow you to continue to the next portion until that time requirement has been met. While the class automatically saves your progress to allow you to return whenever its’ convenient, you do not have the ability to skip through videos or jump ahead in the curriculum.

Yes. COMPASS is 100% online and can be accessed from a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Most courts allow you to upload (e-file), email, or mail in your certificate for submission. Check with your court for their preferred method. We are not legally allowed to file your certificate for you.

You may also forward your Certificate of Completion to your attorney if you have one.

Yes! Take it as many times as you wish. However, each time you retake it, the course will regenerate a new series of questions.

If COMPASS does not meet the requirements of the court you are filing in, then we will refund your purchase – hassle free.
